Flounders


Flounders - two fish - for Kaipara Coast Sculpture Gardens Exhibition 2021 - 2022
Two Flounders started life as a quick sketch in the sand. Gradually thinking about this concept over some time, I then worked through the idea on paper, and it became Flounders. The finished pieces are made from highly polished steel, mirroring and distorting the surrounding areas. Each piece interlocks into itself.
